Nicole runs HR across the group and is the person people go to when they would rather have a quiet conversation than raise something formally. She is genuinely fond of Swindon, of the work, and of the people she works with, which is a rarer combination than it sounds.
She grew up wanting to be a flight attendant, which goes some way to explaining an instinct for looking after people that shows up in everything from onboarding a new starter to making sure nobody in the office goes hungry.
