Richard has spent close to thirty years in estate agency and still describes himself as a man with an eye for a deal. SPACE exists because he could see that the parts of the job agents dread, the admin, the systems, the compliance, are the parts that can be solved centrally and solved once.
He is immensely proud of the team and the reputation they have built, and still gets a genuine buzz out of the pace of the business. Ideas tend to arrive faster than they can be built, which is either the best or the worst thing about working with him depending on the week.
